Shipping policy

At DBzon, we prioritize prompt and attentive service, ensuring swift order processing and timely deliveries for our valued customers.

We are shipping from warehouses located in the US and Canada. This strategic expansion ensures faster delivery times and improved service overall.

Once the order is placed, our warehouse department will choose the shipping company and warehouse, based on the product availability and zip code.

An email confirmation will be sent out as soon as your tracking number is available.

Standard shipping (Free on orders (Product prices only) over $100 - Total no discounts included) takes 5-8 business days to up to 14 business days depending on the location. For orders below $100, standard shipping will be charged at a flat rate of $9.99. 

Priority Shipping is available for certain items only and takes 2-5 Business days. It is available at a flat rate of $14.99.  If a priority shipping option is available it will be displayed at the checkout. 

*Important note: For Hawaii and Alaska, additional shipping and handling charges might be applied. This charge will be reflected in your shopping cart as you check out, so you can view the full cost before you purchase.
